Ryan Alexander Brune, 11, of Fallon, born Feb. 13, 1998 was granted his angel wings on Oct. 2, 2009, following a long battle with brain cancer. His final days were spent surrounded by his family and friends that Ryan had touched throughout his short, yet very memorable life.

Ryan loved his dogs, Mandee and Madi, camping, traveling, hunting, Star Wars, video games and his family. Ryan went to school at E.C. Best since preschool.

With his courage, he led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. We will truly miss him.

Ryan is survived by his loving parents, Timothy Brune and April Jacobs; sister, Kara Brockman; brother, Taylor Jacobs all of Fallon; grandparents; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Ryan's life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009 at 1 p.m. at The Gardens Chapel. A potluck gathering will be held at the Fallon Golf Course following services.
