Quient Franklin Barton, pleaded no contest June 17 to battery/domestic violence and driving over, torturing, injuring or abandoning animals; failure to proper sustenance. Sentenced on the domestic battery charge to six months in jail with all but 60 days suspended, six months treatment, 48 hours community service and $332 in fines. Sentenced on the animal torture charge to six months in jail with all but 30 days suspended to be served consecutively with domestic battery jail time, 48 hours of community service and $297 in fines.

Ryan Labelle Hosler pleaded guilty June 18 to possession of stolen property. Sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended and $397 in fines.

Jacob Dean Lawson found guilty June 18 of petit larceny. Sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended and $187 in fines.

Lilly Ann Bobb found guilty June 17 to buy/use/possess alcohol by minor. Sentenced to 10 days in jail with six days suspended, four days credit for time served and $882 in fines with $750 suspended.

Michael Anthony Moreno pleaded guilty June 18 to affray. Sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended and $632 in fines.

Mark Alfred Manha found guilty June 22 for driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school and $692 in fines.

John Greer Cawley, III pleaded guilty June 18 to reckless driving. Sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended, DUI school, victim impact panel and $577 in fines.

Arthur Gerard Lenert found guilty June 22 for driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended, victim impact panel and DUI school and $692 in fines.

Colin Reed Harms found guilty June 24 for domestic battery and resisting public officer. Sentenced on the battery charge to 180 days in jail with all but 20 days suspended and another 20 days for the victim being older than 60, 48 hours of community service, six months to one year counseling and $552 in fines. Sentenced on the resisting public officer to 180 days in jail suspended.

Michael Joseph Griffin found guilty June 25 for tail lamps and failure to register as a convicted person. Sentenced on the tail lamps charge to a fine of $67. Sentenced on failing to register as a convicted person to 30 days in jail suspended with credit for four days served.

Jeromy Keith Delvecchio found guilty June 25 to an amended charge of damage to jail. Sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended, $500 restitution and $237 in fines.

Dean Patrick McGee found guilty June 24 for driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license. Sentenced on the DUI charge to 90 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school and $942 in fines. Sentenced on the driving with a suspended license to 120 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and $692 in fines.

Andrew Dean Solano found guilty June 24 for driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school, inpatient treatment and $692 in fines.

Jaynelle Marie Kopp found guilty June 24 for driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school, treatment and $692 in fines.

Bradley James De Costa found guilty June 29 for buy/use/possess alcohol by a minor. Sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended and $347 in fines.

Kellie Lynn Wheeler found guilty June 29 for buy/use/possess alcohol by a minor. Sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended and $347 in fines.

Aaron Curtis Johnston found guilty June 29 for driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school and $692 in fines.

Kyle Andrew Thomasovich found guilty June 29 for buy/use/possess alcohol by a minor. Sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended and $347 in fines.

Adan Robles Contreras found guilty June 29 for driving without a valid driver's license and unregistered vehicle. Sentenced for driving without a valid driver's license to 30 days in jail suspended and $347 in fines. Sentenced on the unregistered vehicle to $67 in fines.

Edwin Hollis Johnson found guilty June 25 for driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school and $577 in fines.

Patrick Lee Cowan found guilty June 25 for driving under the influence second offense. Sentenced to 60 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school, treatment and $942 in fines.

Allen Lee Elizarraraz found guilty June 30 for driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school and $692 in fines.

Sylvia Jean McEvers-Jackson found guilty June 30 for driving under the influence. Sentenced to 45 days in jail with all but two days suspended, victim impact panel, DUI school, six months treatment and $692 in fines.

Lucas James Fitzgerald found guilty June 30 for battery and battery/domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended, 48 hours community service and six months to one year treatment.

David Lee Stewart found guilty July 2 for due care. Sentenced to fines of $187.
