Sheriff's Office

Robert Allen Young, 50, of Fairfield, Calif., a professional, was arrested Aug. 26 on a warrant, alleging desertion or non support. Bail was set at $5,000.

Peter Kumskowski, 58, of Keithville, La., unemployed, was arrested Aug. 26 on suspicion of using 911 without an emergency. Bail was set at $1,000.

Jonathan Pearson Jeffs, 28, of Hildale, Utah, a professional, was arrested Aug. 26 on a warrant, alleging for spilling load on a highway. Bail was set at $480.

Michelle Janene Smith, 38, of Fallon, unemployed, was arrested Aug. 25 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and on a warrant, alleging violation of a temporary restraining order. Bail was set at $8,250.

City Police

Kimberly Mae Wood, 45, of Fallon, unemployed, was arrested Aug. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bail was set at $1,122.

Thomas Lowell Keen, 52, of Fallon, a laborer, was arrested Aug. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence second offense and driving with a suspended license. Bail was set at $2,744.

Richard Gerald Rhines, 41, unemployed, was arrested Aug. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence and basic speed. Bail was set at $1,184.
