Chandra Jeanne Petty, 23, of Fallon died on Monday from injuries she sustained in an auto accident.

Chandra was born Nov. 28,1984 in Providence, R.I., to Rick and Donna Coverston. The family relocated to Fallon in 1996, where her father had been born and raised.

She attended Lahontan Valley School and graduated from Churchill County High School in 2003. Chandra was a shift supervisor at Jerry's Restaurant. Chandra is survived by her husband Dally Petty, 8-month-old son Matthew Petty; greatly adored by her parents Rick and Donna Coverston; brother and sister-in-law Erick and Krissi Coverston; niece Aili; grandmother Paula Domonske; great-grandmother Dorothy Prudler; mother-in-law Zena Parisi; numerous aunts and uncles and cousins and many close friends , who all dearly loved her.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. A Celebration of Chandra's life will be held on Saturday at 4 p.m. with interment to follow at The Gardens Cemetery.
