Teen party decision may come out next week

The decision on whether any charges will be filed in the January alcohol teen party, where an alleged gang rape occurred, will not be decided for at least a week.
Chief Deputy Attorney General Conrad Hafen said he is continuing to look at all the documents and reports, and added the earliest he could conclude his findings will be sometime next week.
The AG’s office took over the case last week after the Churchill County District’s Attorney Office determined there were two conflicts of interest with its office.
