LYNNE JEAN McADOO
LYNNE JEAN McADOO, age 65, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital in Reno with her family by her side.
Lynne was born July 20, 1942 in Redding, Calif., to Lynn and Inetha Chandler South and had lived in Fallon since 1995, coming from Southern California.
Lynne was a political activist and was a member of the Churchill County Democratic Central Commitee. Some of her interests included bowling and reading and she loved her dog, Dancer.
She is survived by her husband, Glen, of Fallon; children, Tim Callan, Steve Callan, Jerry McAdoo and Debra Winzen, all of Southern California; and Cindy Horka of Dallas, Texas; sister, Pam Edens of Sequim, Wash.; and six grandchildren.
Per her request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the American Heart Association, the National Organization for Women or the Democratic Party.
Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home in Fallon. 423-2255.
