Elks Friday fish fry
The Elks Lodge will host a fish fry Friday at 93 W. Center St. Cocktails starts at 5 p.m. followed by the meal at 6 p.m. The menu includes beer-battered cod fillets, fries, coleslaw, roll and dessert. Cost is $7 for adults, $4 for children 10 and under.
Elko 4x4 club offer Wild Weekend
The Elko-based Bangin' Bones 4x4 club will hold its annual Wild Weekend May 23-26. The free weekend event will feature trails from scenic to extreme for stock 4x4's all the way to extreme rock crawlers. There will be two days of trail rides offered and two group dinners.
