County Sheriff
•Antonio Spina, 66, of Fallon, unemployed, was arrested Nov. 2 on suspicion of murder, assault with a deadly weapon and being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm. He was being held without bail.
•Jesse Calvin Gilbert, 18, of Fallon, a laborer, was arrested Nov. 2 on a warrant alleging contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,062.
•Joseph Charles Torres, 47, of Fallon, self-employed, was arrested Nov. 2 on a warrant alleging possession of stolen property and theft. Bail was set at $7,000.
Parole and Probation
•Kyle Phillip Drayton, 20, of Fallon, a laborer, was arrested Nov. 2 on suspicion of violating probation. He was being held without bail.
